How soon can I expect a reply if I send an email to you?
We'll answer your email within 24 hours of receiving your email anytime of the day or the week, with a free quote or answers to your query.

How much will the photo retouching / restoring cost?
This will depend on how badly damaged the photo's are, and how much 're-touching' you require. For an indication, please view the 'restoration page' for a better idea, or you may send details of your photo requirements to us and we’ll promptly reply with a free quote.

How can I send my photos to you?
Once you've had your photos 'scanned' (scan at 300dpi for a higher quality print, the better the scan - the better the result) you can simply email them direct to geof@photofix.co.nz with instructions and the requirements for your photo/s.

What kind of photo quality can I expect from my re-touched photos?
The quality can depend on the original scan (If the file is a high quality 300dpi scan, then you will have a 're-touched' 300dpi photo) if we scan them ourselves they will all be of a high resolution and as a result be of high photo clarity.

When can I expect delivery of the 're-touched' photos?
There is a typically a three day turn-around time from the date received. If you would prefer a faster turn-around time, then please clearly state this in your correspondence.

How can I be sure of the results I will receive before payment is made?
We will send a low-resolution photo/s (re-touched) to your supplied email address for you to confirm. Upon receiving confirmation and payment (You may use 'bank transfer method
or by Credit-Card via paymate), we will then send the 're-touched' photos to your supplied address.
